Absolutely nothing about this stay was legit my damn room dressers did not stay in the whole stay so they was just open

Staff was cool / beds had hair and multiple roaches in room: I even trapped one in there cups ….

It’s full of homelessness people who roam by the rooms if they fixed that it will be way better

The hotel appears to have been built in the 70s, around a central courtyard, with a pool. The finishes seem to have been updated in the past few years. Check In was fast and easy. I had booked a Room with Two Doubles, but the clerk changed it to a room with a Single King when he saw I was alone. The parking lot is fenced, with the only access being right by the Front Office. It is well lit. I found the room to be clean, the bed to be relatively comfortable, with 4 pillows and a Granite Top Nightstand to each side, with a wall mounted light above each of them. The room was simply appointed, but had a Desk and Chair, a Side Chair, and an Arm Chair, a Chest of Drawers, and a Wall Mounted Flat Screen TV. There is a Refrigerator, a Microwave, and a Non Keurig style Coffee Maker. There is a Blow Dryer and an Ironing Board, but I found no Clothes Iron. There is a good sized stone top vanity, with large mirror outside the restroom. There is a Tub/Shower Combination, and a ADA height Toilet, which I prefer now that I'm getting older. Norma, one of the housekeepers was very helpful when I approached her about the room coffee maker that was leaking. When I had tried to make coffee on my first of two mornings, water ran out the bottom, nearly as fast as I poured it in to the reservoir. Norma readily gave me another, in exchange for the broken one.

It was a quaint but nicely updated motel with very comfy bed, new flooring etc. What was EXCEPTIONAL was the extremely kind and accommodating young man at the front desk. He went beyond what we’ve experienced in any hotel, upscale included, and we gravel a lot

the best part of the stay for me was the night attendant. I never learned his name; a tall man with a full beard. I arrived in the middle of the night and he was very helpful on the phone before I got in and during check in at 4 in the morning. Then at the end of my stay I left in the middle of the night as well to catch an early flight and he was just as helpful, making sure I had an UBER coming, etc. thank you to him, he does very good at the job.

Close to a lot of places such as restaurants and other event places. Easy check in.

Roaches everywhere, bed full of springs very uncomfortable, had to sleep with the lights on so the roaches would come out, roach poop all on the walls, was very unpleasant!

The staff was awesome.

Very nice place. Great location. Very close to train station and bus station. A short walk to public library and another section of downtown. Quiet area with a sandwich shop right next door.
